Ordering

Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or any other financial damage suffered to that person or Huski will be reported to the police. We may change prices or correct incorrect prices on all orders. Discount codes and offers may be available from time to time. Each discount may have specific guidelines for geographical and age requirements. A clear start and end time will be indicated; these will be according to Greenwich Mean Time and discounts outside these times will not be accepted. Any discounts or offers will not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and no cash alternative will be given. Only one offer per customer and if any purchases bought as part of a promotion are returned, the customer will receive a refund of the total value paid shown on their purchase receipt. We reserve the right to amend or change any offer or discount at any time without notification. We may cancel any order at any time. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and we reserve the right to cancel the purchase if any reasonable suspicion arises.

Orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. The advertising of products on this website constitutes an “invitation to treat. Once you have made your choice and placed your order on this website, you have made a contractual offer. After we accept your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order including your order reference number and confirmation that we will shortly be dispatching your products. This order confirmation constitutes a contract and also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase, but all products remain Huski property until full payment is actually received. The sale contract is concluded in England and the language of the contract is English. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that the item ordered is out of stock or unavailable. We may also refuse to process, and therefore refuse to accept, a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Payment and Secure Shopping

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards and PayPal as well as any other methods which may be clearly advertised on this website from time to time. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit/debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Huski, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Our check-out pages and pages which require input of your personal details and payment details are SSL secured. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.  All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe UK and/or PayPal, secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment. We do not store your credit or debit card details on our site, so returning customers will need to enter all card details each time an order is placed. For payment gateway specific terms and conditions please see www.paypal.com or www.stripe.com

The price of each product will be set out in our price list in force at the time we confirm your order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you. This includes foreign exchange rates which are fixed by us and may be subject to change without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to their local tax regulations; this includes import duty and VAT. For orders inside the EU any applicable VAT will be included in the price displayed on the website and set out in your order confirmation email. For orders outside the EU, any applicable VAT is not included in the price nor shown in the order confirmation email. VAT, import duties and/or taxes may be levied once the package reaches you. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Cancellations

Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible; in cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order and then follow our Delivery and Returns policy. Where stock becomes unavailable we reserve the right to cancel any order. If Huski receives a returned package that has not been collected from a myHermes ParcelShop, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs that we incur from handling your order and shipment.

Complaints Terms and Withdrawal

It is important that you check your goods when the shipment is received in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or faulty, you must contact us within seven days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service team via email woof@huskiwear.com. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you promptly with instructions on how to return the item. It is important that the returning product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit and the labels must not be removed. We will replace defective goods with goods of the same or equivalent model, or we will offer you a full refund.

Limited Liability in relation to Delivery

Our responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to these terms of sale. We bear no direct or indirect responsibility for incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm. We shall be exempt from all liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include government intervention, war, fire, flood, labour disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or exposure to criminal activity.

We only supply our products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
